Our clients have all had amazing successes and achieved the outcomes they wanted with NLP. We’ve found our communications and social media specialist, and worked on some great change projects.  So I’ve ticked off most of the outcomes I set for myself and am feeling rather smug.  Although when I did the outcomes setting process it took time to get the strategies and alignment in place. The things I have yet to achieve still need work.
